Here is a brief overview of what we will do in our first session.

Weight Reduction Package

Choosing to make a lifestyle change and change your eating habits is a difficult and exciting opportunity. We are here to help jump start your weight loss journey!

  • Three one-hour sessions and may include referrals to top health professionals working in medicine, psychology, physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, and/or fitness disciplines.

  • 3-day food journal analysis

  • 1-hour initial consult

  • 2 – 1 hour follow-up sessions

  • Prior to the initial consult, you will be asked to complete and submit an online 3-day food journal, this gives a representation of your current eating patterns.

  • Referrals to other health professionals as required


Pediatric and Family Services
